There is a simple adjustment for this that requires a phillips head screwdriver. Check this video link out here.
You've indicated that the louvers on your shutters may have been damaged or broken. Damaged louvers are not covered by our warranty and incur a $125 service call fee and an additional charge per louver depending on the severity of the damage.
You've indicated that the staples on your shutters may have become disconnected from the control rod. If you are handy, we can mail you the staples for the repair. Otherwise, this service is covered under the A Shade Above Service Warranty.
You've indicated that your motorized shades are moving slow. This is because the batteries are nearly dead. Changing the batteries is easy and requires (12) AA batteries.
