
Over the past year, we’ve taken drastic measures to improve our brand, product selection and overall customer experience. We began a massive endeavor to create a new logo, design a new web experience and improve our on and offline presence in the Charlotte community. Those improvements have culminated to this, the planning and creation of our new flagship A Shade Above Charlotte Showroom.
We’ve been planning and preparing for quite some time now. Our business has grown steadily and we’re excited to offer a unique, modern and new experience for our customers. Our current Charlotte showroom, located in the heart of South End, is dated and represents our rich heritage as a company. When the economy took a drastic downturn in 2008, we battened down the hatches and refused to sink. Our Charlotte showroom has served for several years now as a design center, product showroom, designer meeting space and an opportunity to us to interact with our clients face to face.
Understanding and experiencing how a product operates is a crucial step to choosing new window treatments for your home. We’ve designed our new showroom with the customer in mind. Large, open windows combined with our new custom display units allow you to see how sunlight interacts with each of our window treatments. We’ve integrated a large seating area with table space for clients to compare product samples side to side, and choose the right finish for their particular home. We’re adding a large selection of new products, and will offer almost double the amount of window fashion options on display.
