Our service warranty guarantees free evaluation and service visits for product issues during the warranty period, which is 2 years for our premier products (Hunter Douglas, Insolroll, and Artisan Shutter) and 1 year for all others. We will fix factory-related defects at no extra cost.

Each manufacturer provides its own warranty, which covers specific components such as motors and cords for different durations. Even if a product is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, it might no longer be covered by our service warranty, which requires an additional fee.
